1g Tensior arm in a 2g..help!

Hello

I am swaping a 6 bolt into a 2g. I cut the motor mounts and such, but the tensior and the tensior arm don't line up. I have a 2g tensior arm and a 1g tensior. What is the correct thing to do? Do i need to get a 1g tensior arm? Do i even use my tensior? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Both the tensioner and the arm should be from the same gen. Using 1g components will save you a lot of hassle. The only down side is you will no longer be able to make use of the timing belt tensioner tool as the hole in the 2g mount no longer lines up with the tensioner arm.

Yea, i need to get a 1g tensior arm, but hard to find. Whats website again that has all the info about using 1g tensior stuff? I have pretty much all 1g parts except tensior arm, and balance shafts removed. Thanks
