1G TB And Intake And Sensors on 95GSX

Anyway i got the car in september. Overheating and annoying idle surge. Noticed it had a 1g tb and intake manifold along with the crank sensor and coil pack. Did a headgasket, pump and belt and you know its good. It still did the stupid annoying idle surge. 2 weeks ago ran into a constant sputtering problem so i did a full tune up, and a used coil pack from a 1g dsm. Worked good, but now i got random sputtering when i boost, and if i let go of the gas and wait till its hits 15 vacum and then slam on the gas its fine. I picked up another 1g tb since my tps sensor was cracked and it was idle surging. Start it up and it idles at 2500k and drops to 1.5k when its all warmed up. No more idle surge but when i drop it in drive it feels like its gonna stall out. The boost gauge shows it going to almost 0. I mess around with the biss screw to raise the idle a bit and it helped but it hangs around 8 vacumm. Idles at 700rpm aroundish but still get random sputtering. I tried doing a boost leak test. I was injecting air in the turbo outlet with a little thing i made. But i cant get the air to stay in the system long enough. It seems like it escapes from the turbo. Also my 3 lines on the intake manifold are hooked up and the one angled off is blocked.
