1G Talon.... NEED HELP BAD

I have a 91 Talon Tsi... my problem is i have a boost leak because my friend has the same car and same turbo 16g.. now i dont have a boost controller and my waste gate is gone so im running my turbo wide open so ik not to give it to much gas but when i give it gas and i watch my gauge hit 10psi my car is moving pretty fast but not what it should be doing.. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME????

Did you do a boost leak test? And do you have an aftermarket boost gauge?

Do you have any other mods that just the 16g? try checking all the ic pipes. make sure everything is tight. if you are going off the boost guage that the car came with its not right at all. Make sure your car is in time. remember any air behind the mas is not good at all.

Yes and i didnt hear anything.. but i has soft piping and my friend said i should buy hard piping cause the soft could be roated out

I put in my boost gauge myself so i dont think it is that... could it be that i have soft piping that has never been replaced

How do you know it has a boost leak then? Because its not "going fast" when you hit 10psi? Thats not even that much to get the effects of a 16g. Get a MBC for like a $100 off one of the 50 vendors off of here. Why are you beating on the car with a 16g, without a boost controller? It's probably spooling way more. Make sure your guage is hooked up properly. I also wouldn't compare my car to another DSM just because you're not getting the same results. You could have totally different problems.
