Pull the latching lever down & forward as though you were tilting it to open; then squeeze the two arms behind the lever together and pull them down & out of the catch/mount. At this point you'll be able to tilt the sunroof up & remove it by lifting it to the rear & out of the slots in the front.

You actually have to squeeze the silver two armed latch together (it's spring loaded) to get it to start to come out here.
But since I need one hand for the camera you don't get to see that.

This is how you squeeze this part when taking it out or putting it back in the mount

List up the glass and it will come out.

You can just see the catch on the passenger side the holds the deflector down.

Can someone post a picture of the cloth panel that blocks sun from coming in? I have the 1/4 sunroof piece but I would like the other one too. THanks
