Resolved 1g stall - hot 12v feed to Fuel pump from relay

Are any other signals zeroing out? I would look for a wire that could short to ground while turning.

This has been resolved a long time ago. It was the Omni 4bar. Switched over to gm 3bar and that fixed the stalling issue.

For the hot +12 fuel pump wire from relay to pump, it was these m&f spade connectors.

Removed the connector and soldered the ends. The wire is normal temp now like the others. Only thing now is that the relay gets up to 110* after an hour of driving and 71* out. Is this normal?

I dealt with a built 6466, E85, Evo that I never had a hand in to come into issue after issue. The worst and I describe it as a complete dropout of a sensor randomly. This is a recently built by a defunked “speed” shop (that got bought out by a well known shop) maybe 6-12 months before. Everything should be fresh.

That BS Omni sensor drove my head wild without access to the AEM V2. I got no reply through an email and eventually just bought one myself. I will never use one again and write something like this every time. They’ve had issues for years and we should be unwilling to risk damage because we want “plug and play” especially if they fail consistently.

I switched over to SD a few years ago. Like many others, bought the bundle package from ecmtuning. Sometime afterwards, I switched over to hellcat 525. Shortly after that is when it started to randomly stall. At the time, I couldn’t find anything in my logs to diagnose the issue so my thoughts were the new pump is bad. Sent the pump back to Xpsi and they said it was fine but sent me a replacement anyways. After some reading, I started to log ecuboost and that’s when I found the map sensor & ecuboost didn’t line up at certain times. Seems like many others were having issues w the Omni for a while so I went w gm.

I emailed Omni and explained the situation and provided a receipt from ecmtuning. They got back to me the next day and explained they’re waiting for a shipment. A month later they sent me a replacement. That’s my backup LOL. They’ve been good to me so I can’t knock them yet.

I wonder if they had a bad batch because for a while, there would be a problem thread after thread and a lot turned out to be Omni map sensor.
