Previous owner of my 91 messed with the wiring for my left headlight motor. I have a good motor (tested it plugged into the other side). I'm trying to get the motor working again, so I'm looking for a wiring diagram with wire colors please. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I fixed it. The relay in the under hood fuse box, half of it had broken solder. Auto parts store wanted $80 and three days to get it. I fixed it in ten min. For free.

May i ask how you fixed it? I know this is kinda old but I have the same problem but neither of my lights will pop up. I was told it all worked before and now it doesnt. The previous owner was going to convert it to the 1gb front end. He then stopped and i got his mess.

Start at the plug. On the motor. Check for power and ground. Work back towards the fuse box. You will probably need the help of a friend to press the button on the dash to run the motors.

If it turns out you need to look in the relay, pull it out, turn it over (prongs up). Grab a small flat head screwdriver. Pop the clips on the side and pull the base with the prongs out. Take a look at the solder on the bottom of the ic. If any looks melted or discolored, you will need to repair or replace.

Most places want about $80 for it, so I would definitely try to repair.
