The car idles great, no problems there. When i rev it in neutral im getting a slight misfire around 2k rpms. When i put it in gear and let the clutch out it goes crazy and misfires bad until it goes over 2k rpm then it smooths out. I was having a cel for ignition control module and ignition coil so i replaced the coil pack and power transistor and the codes havent reappeared. So far i replaced and checked:

Mechanical timing verified
Ignition timing set properly
Replaced spark plugs gapped at .20
Replaced ignition coilpacks
Replaced power transistor
Plug wires are ngk and i checked them over they appear to be fine.
Swapped injectors
Fuel pressure is 42 psi at idle.

The fuel filter looks pretty old so i might change that tomorrow. Im running out of ideas.

Had similar symptoms and my NGK wires turned out to be junk and only 8 months old. They were cross talking and grounding. I put some plain old Ebay junkers on and it all went away. Just my experience that I just fixed after changing everything also. I had been fighting it for quite awhile. Either ohm your wires for resistance or replace, which ever fits your pocket book. I just happened to have some spares laying around.
