Hey guys I am finishing up a 6bolt swap on my 98 gsx and I have a little bit of confusion on the cas swap harness that I got from Magnus. The 2gb version of the harness has a white wire that doesn't seem to go to anything. Is there a place that it goes to? Does it need to be wired into the 2g harness? I have looked at the Magnus page on it and still don't really understand where that wire goes to.

Thanks

According to RRE and Magnus. The wire order is Black Red Yellow White. Black (ground), Red (12V), Yellow (Crank signal), White (Cam signal)

Maybe this will help

Thanks guys. So do I have to splice the white wire into the blue wire on the 2g harness or do I cut all the plug off of the 2g harness plug and just comnect the blue with the white wire. If someone has a picture of what you did with the white wire on the 2gb harness that would be awesome.

Correct. Cut the blue wire on the harnes, strip and tin both wires with rosen core solder, solder together and heat shrink. Done deal!

Ok thanks alot! So when I cut the wire do I just leave the blue wire thats connected to the 2g cam sensor plug not connected to anything?
