GVR-4 1g/Galant front motor mount bracket unknown number

Hello, I just pulled the front motor mount bracket off of my frankenstein fwd turbo Galant, and it has the numbers "571" stamped on the sides. I do not know what car this motor came from originally, as this was someone elses project I bought.

I cannot for the life of me figure out which chassis/engine/transmission combination this mount bracket came from originally, searching both the forums and google.

Does anyone know which bracket this is?

MD180571 is from E33A Galants, 1992-1993 models:
SNGML2M - premium line DOHC, 5M/T, FED
SNGML7M - premium line DOHC, 5M/T, CAL
