Resolved 1G Fuel pump isn't priming

I have a 1992 Eagle Talon FWD and I cant hear my fuel pump prime. Before I spend money on a new one where is the fuel pump relay located

It is called the MPI relay and is near the ECU in the center console. It's a big one. Before you remove anything there is a fuel pump test connector near the firewall. Apply 12v to it and see if you can hear the pump. The car doesn't prime the pump until you put the key in start.

could you send a picture of the test connector so I know what it looks like

It has a plug. But the wire is B/w
