I went to best buy and Walmart looking for the kits to install when changing the factory radio out and ill I found were 95-99. What kit are you 1g guys using?

A factory radio....
You shouldn't need anything to install a non stock radio. The stock brackets can work with an aftermarket single din unit. The bottom parts is harder as that pocket has been discontinued for some time. You can likely make something else work but I don't know of any kits.
