1G 1g EPROM and other ECU? help identify

ok so i was looking around in my garage today and luckily i find a 90 awd 5 speed epromed ecu =D sweet right
and i found this other odd ecu wich i have no idea what it came off
could anyone help me find out what it is

I think that is a TCU for an Auto trans.

Looks like a transmission control unit. Post a picture of the cover.
