1G DSM LINK??? blow thru MAF

I have a pretty much stock 91 TSI that im going to put a lil money into. I want to get a new intake and FMIC becuase i have Vacuum leaks that are starting to piss me off. i want to replace everything from the outside of the turbo to the head. I need some recommendations and ideas. I would also like to get a DSM link but i dont know if they came out yet or not. When i am changing all the intake parts i want to add a blow thru mass air close to the throttle body but havent heard much on who what where when and why and all that good stuff about them....all help is appricated (even spelling help )

i've seen a bunch of posts about making ur your own fmic....just get a good core and have a shop make ur piping...you'll spend like around 400-450 for it...have u done a boost leak test on the car? i dont know anything about the dsmlink yet..i've been reading up on it from the post and what not

So are you all telling me no one in this forum has a blow thru mass air?? Well i figured some one in here would have good advise to some one with a stock DSM looking to beat his friends modded SRT.

Ummmm, I have a GM MAFT in blowthrough. I'm not really sure what you're asking about that setup though but I do know there is alot of info on here as well as http://www.fullthrottletech.com on the subject if you search for it. Oh yeah, 1g dsmlink is out.

Do you know where i can get a dsm link for 1g??? and i was wondering how good are the blow thru adapters and all that i found them right before you reponded on that same website. I am debating on doing it but am not sure if its worth it.

If you want a blow thru adapter you can use the silicon reducers or you can go here www.dejontool.com and get a hard pipe for the GM Maf. I have the 2 1/2" UIP for the 3" Maf from Dejon and it works great!


Im assuming www.dsmlink.com has the info if you want that instead.
