my 93 tsi(awd) only uses the inner tire, how do i fix the camber? can i get an alignment done? also my front shocks are bad can that play a part?

You need to purchase a camber kit if the vehicle is lowered, if not you will need an alignment.

If your front struts are blown it will cause the front to sag more which will cause negative camber and you have a very high chance of ruining your hub bearings as well.
 
ok, well if i got the alignment done and then got new front struts a few weeks later would that be fine?
 
No, I would do it all at once. Because there is a chance you will need to get it aligned again after you get the new struts if they're blown that bad. Either way, just wait till you have all the parts.
