Hi I've noticed that recently my car just doesn't feel as quick. It doesn't stutter/hesitate/buck under boost but I just don't feel much of a pull anymore. I do noticed under light throttle (maybe building 7 lbs of boost) I hear a constant sound of air escaping. But I'm not sure if it's just my intake. I'm thinking and pretty positive it's from my bov. I have boost leak tested and fixed a lot of things. Injector seals, throttle body gaskets, clamps, ect. I don't know if it still whistles under full boost because my o2 housing has an external dump and pretty much is the only thing I hear then. Just a note, I had my car set to 14lbs during winter but since it has gotten warmer out I've noticed I'm only on 11-12 lbs. Is that normal?

Had the same issue with mine. I did the dodge mod and it works good now. But I still need to replace it. As it is sticky and does not fully open under vac:( But google the dodge mod and do it. Itll take you like 10 15 mins to do if you have the right stuff

So yours was leaking under light boost too? Did it make your car not even pull that hard like mine is doing?

only under light throttle and low boost. Soon as i was WOT and above like 5 or so psi it was fine. But tip in and low boost/throttle there was no power. soon as i did the mod it was like new. Well almost like new

the dodge mod is only done if your running over 17lbs of boost secondly someone probaly forgot to put a grommet back into the firewall and you are hearing air come through the grommet hole and third idk what turbo you are running but you are def overunning your turbo especially when you put on the external dump

because you have more efficient air flow now than you did when it was resrticed, when i did my external dump and tubular manifold i lost three lbs of boost from when i had stock manifold and o2 becasue the turbo has to force more air in a larger port

I don't see how a dump off the o2 housing would make my turbo work any harder though. Not trying to argue I just don't understand. LOL

Ummm o2 dump helps with boost creep. It does nothing to the amount of flow the turbo can produce just how well it can hold it. What grommet are u talking about? The hose the recirculates the bov?

I kind of want to try slightly crushing it in some vice grips but a lot of people are against crushing them. I can get a greddy type rz off ebay basically new for $130 but I kind of just recently bought this one and don't have money to throw around.

Just do the dodge mod. If u do it like they do its completly reversible. Maybe lube the shaft inside the bov aswell
