1g blow off valve

what is the advantage of using a 1g blow off valve than the stock version.

Holds more boost pressure than the 2g BOV which leaks at around 15psi or so IIRC.

You can also crush it and it holds way more. There is another mod with a clamp that will make it easily hold 30+ PSI which is pretty damn good for a 5 dollar mod.

It's metal, not plastic like the stock one. It holds a lot more boost than stock. It can be crushed and modded to hold even more boost

i have a greedy blow off valve ,but it sounds like it leaks.does it maybe need an adjustmant .

If I'm not mistaken it's normal for the greddy bov to be open at idle bc there's no boost on the vac line acting on the diaphragm holding the valve closed. Instead it has vacuum acting against the springs pulling it open. Mine always stayed open at idle. Do you have it vented or recirculated?
