I have had my 1990 fwd turbo for about 6 months and finally have the money to start mods. I bought the car off the original owner with 130k but they were well taken care of miles with lots of highway being that he worked for the military. Anyways I bought a o2 housing with a amotspherric (sp) dump and a pacesetter 3" downpipe. I got both heat sheilds off the exhause housing but I could not get the bolts off from the o2 housing and the turbo. I didn't want to risk breaking the studs off in my turbo. Here are a few Q's I have

1. Should I just muscle the off, or will they break definetly?
2. If I bought a small or big 16g would it match up to the o2 dump?
3.Do all the stock oil lines match up to a 16g?

1. No, lubricate them well and let it sit overnight. Then muscle it off they shouldnt snap. They are pretty hard.
2. Yes
3. Yes. Oil and coolant.

yeah Spray them with PB blaster overnight. Next day start the car up (it will smoke like mad and the neighbors will call fire rescue) and let it warm up. Once they get hot they will expand and make it easier to remove. Best of luck!
