1g AWD HVAC not working

i just got my 1g awd auto running, bought it couple weeks ago.
it sat for 10 years, on a brand new motor and drive train.
clean up a couple of things and did a full tune up on it. started right up.
now i've never had this problem in any of my dsm so i don't know what to do.
the heater, fan, or a/c does not work. when i turn the knob nothing comes out.
is there a fuse for the hvac.

fuse 13 is for the heater on a 1g

Well its not just the heater that doesn't work. it is the whole hvac. Fans don't even work

as per the diagram there is a relay for the heater unit on the top left of the inside fuse block along with fuse 13 in the same panel also fuse 5 is for the heater unit. and there are under hood fuses for the ac relay. replace those and then see what happens.

i am guessing its one of the relays since the whole unit isnt powering up
