    Is it possible to have these two lines made to remove the U bend and make them parallel to the lower radiator support? Hydraulic shop is closed today.

    I’m thinking about cutting it off, drilling the fitting/flange that goes into the condenser and brazing it. Emailed the company so I’ll wait until they get back to me

    That's not a bad idea. I should be doing similar work eventually, I'm trying to "tuck" my a/c lines just to hide them from view along with my wire tuck.

    Tucking ac lines seems like a task to me LOL. I’ll be watching your updates. I really would like to do a wire tuck too but I just want my car running at this point. It’s been a really slow progress haha

    Mine as well. The tuck jobs are a ways off in terms of being done fully. At this point, I want to make sure it runs before all else, then will do the rest. Just got my cyl head back, and now the only other major part is getting my turbo needlessly rebuilt.

    Gonna try brazing it. Knocked it down a bit which should give me a few mills for clearance.

    Plenty of companies out there that make universal "A/C peanut blocks".
    Might give you more options trying to adapt lines.
    The trick in the correct block is the tube size/seal type and location.

    In my case, brazing should work fine. I mocked up the FMIC and it only moved 1/4” forward.

    Welp I tried brazing and it wasn’t sealing. Then I tried brazing with aluminum brazing flux which wad another fail. Took it to Ohio hydraulics and they were able to weld it. Cost me $40
