1G 7Bolt Stock Internal Upgrades?

My compression test showed 130 on a cylinder and Im thinking about getting another block to start rebuilding, so when its time Ill have a motor to drop in. Question is what stock rods and pistons upgrades will I be able to just drop in as far as combo's? I found a good thread but it wasnt fully answered.

What stock rods, thats just it get some replacements, unless your doing a upgrade. Stock rods and pistons are fine if your doing a stock rebuild, npr i use them as a stock replacement coated pistons and work great for my builds over the years. If your doing a performance check vendors for the many different combos for your goals and budget. Start there first, on your goals and so forth.

Title says upgrade. I'm asking about a combo upgrade for the 1g 7 bolt, for example 1g rods with 2g pistons is a stock upgrade for the 6bolt. I think there is a crank difference in the two, so that combo is probably not worth the money for the work it will take. Goal is 350 no more than 400 dd, which can be done on stocks right?

Just install arp rod bolts and call it a day.
