i was wondering what these boxes/solenoids are for and what is suppose to be connected to the 2 furthest driver side because i have no hose on the top of them, i do have one hose on the furthest driver side, it runs to the gang of hoses connected to p-port, BOV, etc.

also, where does the vacuum hose for my AFPR need to be connected to. thanks in advance

Those are the vac solenoids for the egr and fpr. Get rid of all vac lines except the bov, boost controller source, and fpr. Get rid of the rats nest that surely is leaking after 18 years. Run the bov, fpr, and boost controller to their own vac/boost source with a new vac line.

would having a fuel management system, VPC/GCC, have any adverse effect with this?

and is there somewhere else beside the p-port on the throttle body i can run some of those lines so i don have a big mess on top of the fuel rail?
