420A 1999 Eclipse 420A P0403 P0134 P1495 issues

Whenever I'm coming to a stop my car likes to rev high to about 3k rpm in drive. The car shifts great and feels great just have that problem.

The car has 3 codes. P0403 P0134 AND P1495, it has an EGR delete. I JUST got this car basically and would like some guidance here.

P0134 is front O2 sensor fail which controls your fuel mixture. This is important and needs to be fixed.

After you deal with the o2 sensor, you might want to check your idle air control valve. If they are starting to fail, they can stick and give you high idle issues (and not throw any codes). One time I had a cop look at me, since he thought I was revving at him. I had to shut my car off and explain what my issue was before he even had a chance to get out of his car. Embarrassing, to say the least.
