A few notes on initial inspection:
No rust on strut towers (above or below) or in the typical areas (SCORE!)
No cracks in front or rear glass (thought there were cracks in hatch glass but it's just tint peel) SCORE!
Previous owner left the seat belts in, original locks and ignition, steering column and rack joint, dash harness and some of the brake lines (I later found out, he left ALL 4 ABS sensors and removed them without damaging them, they're like unobtanium now so I put them in a safe in my house guarded by dogs).
The car was an Infinity audio car, I saw the harness connection for Infinity under the seat where it went. I'm going to restore the Infinity system.

Cons:
Pinch welds are crushed in some areas, I'll need to get those pulled and straightened out. That's going to be a... pinch. Get it? Sorry...
