420A 1997 eclipse GS

So the other day i picked up a 1997 Eclipse GS for 371 dollers, it needs a fuel pump and maybe some rings or valve seals but we will have to see. Anyways when i took a closer look at things i found a full greddy exhaust system, an Injen short ram air intake, Aem adj. cam gears, MSD Coil,and a N.O.S nitrous system. My question is do i have to use a dyno to tune the cam gears or is there a d.i.y way to tune them? I have done a search on here for cam gears on the 2gn/t part of the fourms but came up empty handed, so any help would be awesome.

Using a dyno tells you want you gain vs previous setup and can yeild the best results but get your car fixed to get better results and reliability out of your dsm.
