No... if the car is burning oil it's because there is a problem. No car should "burn oil" as a standard feature... unless the car was manufactured in the 30's or 40's, or it's a Yugo...

When you say "burning oil" - what do you mean? Blue smoke out of the tail pipe? Having to add oil regularly without any visible, obvious leaks? Describe more...

There is bascially no oil getting burnt, only when i give really hard throttle there is blue smoke out of the tail pipe and thats it nothing more.
 
Tough to say specifically... I would guess worn valve seals. A leak down test and compression test would be necessary to be sure.
