hey im new to the whole dsm world so i had a quick couple of questions..

1. I just bought my talon from someone and it has a set of aftermarket PIAA foglamps but i cant get them to turn on any suggestions?

2. my ABS light stays on only half the time, now the fuse holder in the fusebox is broken could this be why? if so any quick fixes?

3. I have a stereo system im putting in it and just wanted some suggestions on where a good place to mount the amp in my trunkwould be....

any and all help is appreciated thanks alot guys!

I can answer the fuse thing if it is broken then there is no power going to the abs and you need a new fuse, yes thats an easy fix.

oh yeah and as for the amp thing thats probably gonna be up to you depending on how you set things up, personally I see no use in it becasue its just adding weight to your car.

hey sorry i shouldve been more specific the actual fuse holder is broken in the fuse box the fuse isnt blown, anyway to fix this cheap?

and i really could use a hand with these foglamps i just dont understand why they wont work:p

Get a service manual, read the schematics, do some basic diagnosis, and chances are you will find your problem. Unfortunatly for you no one here can say exactly what is wrong just by saying it does not work, these are three very easy fixes as long as you have some basic electrical knowledge and tools.

To sorta answer your questions.
1. Your fog light circuit is very simple,(lights, relay, switch, and wiring) my guess would be since they added different lights they probobly didnt do a good job and you now have some bad wiring. If that isn't it check/replace the switch or relay.
2. Your abs is alittle more complicated, buy a manual, study, then go from there. You can still drive the car w/o abs.
3. Personally I see no need for an amp at all! But since I too went through that stage in life(before I had a kid!) I would say to mount it to the back of the seat so you keem all your floor space and so the amp does not get damaged by crap in the hatch.
