1995 GST worth getting?

I need to know if this is worth getting or if its to modded and could be beaten?
The guy is asking $4500 for a 95 gst 5 speed with 85k miles

i would ask for reciptes on everything but it looks pretty clean.personally i dont like the almost 200,xxx on the body,or the fact its front wheel i perfer all wheel,but if it runs good doesnt sound to bad

Seems a bit high, but if it is nice in person and you like it then go for it.

They've all said it but I cannot stress the importance of documentation. I figure you are already well educated on the whole ordeal. I can't really say the same for me. First two vehicles I bought I got screwed. Otherwise it does look really clean. Make sure and do a full body rust inspection.

I wouldn't pay more than $3000 for that. Plus you'll have a hard time if you ever decide to sell it in the future with 200k+ on the chassis.

Ive seen this car in person. While working in palatine. Its definately not worth 4500. I paid a little more than 5 for mine with 105k on the body and 20k on the motor and trans. built motor and all kinds of goodies. Trust me keep looking.

Def. not worth that much. I bought my mint 1995 GST off an old couple, completely umolested for $3k back in November 2011 ( Basically trade-in value ). That looks shoddy though IMO. Keep looking and try for a clean, unmolested one.

yeah i was thinking it was too high. I'll probably not end up getting it. I have a car that is for $4500 its a 1995 GST. He has all paperwork supposedly.
I'll probably go check it out this weekend, but if you guys see anything strange comment

I would shop around a bit more. A bit to much miles with really nothing done for that price.
