Well my question is I have done reading and I want to buy my dad some sparkplug wires and the little thing that goes inside the hole

Which are the best ones for performance , he is currently running stock except for intercooler (15 psi) and intake and stage 2 clutch

t28's are harder to come by these days.

Also a 16G will require a 2g install kit. They are not "bolt on" like the t28's

I dnt think the t28 was on any cars that I'm aware of but the vendors listed on this site sell them. The E16g are on the Evo llls and the 14b came stock on the turbod 1g manuals but neither one are direct bolt ins as you will need a j pipe and custom IC piping. Check out the classified sections for better prices too although you may find you have to rebuild them which isn't particularly difficult since most of our turbos are component balanced rather than assembly balanced. This means you can rebuild the turbo yourself without having to send it to a turbo shop to have it rebalanced (although I always recommend you have it rebalanced anyway).
