Currently just trying to get it semi-roadworthy. Very fortunate to find a local DSM wiz, Chris Paugh, who helped with initial fixes… then the transmission stopped wanting to shift. Since that’s its job, I figured the best thing to do was send it off to T.R.E. for a W5M33 makeover. Also got some new odds/ends from DSMachining and DSM3DCreations.

Now it shifts great… until it overheats. It lasts about 10-15 min before the temp just relentlessly climbs. I flushed the old stock radiator several times and got a little improvement, but eventually threw in the towel for a Champion aluminum radiator. It looks great and I’m sure it will work fine, but the ridiculously oversized intercooler piping is in the way. Currently waiting for some new tubing to help shimmy in the new radiator.
