- Been wanting one since I drove a buddy’s in high school. Years later, I’m talking to a good friend who new a guy who new a guy (you know how it goes) who had a 1g 5sp, was tubbing it out for racing, but ran out of money/time when one of the cylinders lost compression. I bought it for cheap, swapped in a JDM replacement, and am now working on making it roadworthy
