So I drove my gsx up to the auto store to top off the oil, drove there with no problems at all. Then after I add the new oil and get back in, it would crank but wouldn't start. My friend towed my car to his place where we did some troubleshooting.

We made sure there was spark while cranking; that was good.

We removed the fuel return line to see if there was fuel flow while I cranked it; no fuel came out of the line.

We manually touched the positive battery terminal to the fuel pump test wire, and fuel started pumping out of the line just fine, we even plugged in a pressure gauge and we have proper fuel pressure as well.

We put the fuel line back on and kept the positive on the fuel pump test wire as I cranked it, no start even though there is fuel flowing manually.

We took the positive off the test line and sprayed WD-40 into the air intake as I cranked it; it starts momentarily then shuts off. So it looks like something is keeping the injectors from spraying fuel into the cylinders. I've tried adjusting the cas and still no luck.

I figure this is an ECU or sensor problem, but I do not know exactly. Any ideas on what it could be?

could be.
are you getting code 0042 ,fuel pump malfunction?

I think this is what I just experienced, and the fix was repairing the poorly wired rewire kit at the sender.

best way to check is to have link and activate the fuel pump.

It could be causing all of your problems. Replace it. Its cheap only 20 bucks. Theres alot of info here how to change it and i must say its pretty easy.
Okay I went to the auto store, and they'll have one in for me tomorrow. I'll put it in and see if it helps
