General 1990 Eclipse 4G63 ECU

90 Eclipse 4G63 crank no start, no spark. I think the below picture explains the issue. What ECU do you recommend for
A. Get it started and running for now
And
B. Use for future turbo applications

I would prefer a plug and play solution but I’m proficient with soldering and wiring if needed. Just need a start in the right direction.

What a shame, another 1990 ECU who's cap started a fire when it dried out.

1990 cars are unique being that they were the first year and need a 1990 ECU to avoid re-wiring the ignition and swapping the gauge cluster to use a later ECU.

Finding a 1990 EPROM ECU would address both A and B.
