17x9 +22 rpf1 w/ big brake kit

If you've run Enkei RPF1s 17x9 +22 on a 1g with a bigbrake kit, 13' cobra rotors and vr4 calipers. Can you confirm whether or not the aforementioned wheel set-up on 255s will clear?

It won't totally. The calipers should clear the inside of the wheel, and clear the inside of the spokes for that particular wheel, but the tires definitely won't clear the fender. I'd estimate about 1" of tread protruding past the lip.

Wheels will be fine. This is an Evo 1, but same brake setup on 17x9 +35:
