How much hp can i expect on a evo 16g turbo tuned with all suporting mods. fully ported, Full fuel system, fmic and exhaust. tuned at 18-19 psi. pump gas on 660s

pump gas on 20 psi you can expect a little over 300 whp <--- (total guess)

Yeah anywhere from 285-340 depending on the mods and tunning.

On a side note... once you have all the supporting mods your speaking of, you will easily be able to run 21-22psi on pump, so don't be too shy

my intercooler core is like 22x3x6.5. think that will be good for 320hp on a 16g?

Its a front mount right? who makes it? if its a front mount you will be fine its other stuff that your gonn break before your gonne need to worrie about that, do you still have the stock clutch if so that wont hold up long with 300hp things like an upgraged radiator and fans would not hurt other small stuff the will break.

The frontmount is a drag gen III. Its the one in those drag gen III turbo kits for hondas. I think they use spearco cores

I already have a new head and 3ly gasket, and im waiting on a built block with arp head studs. Im gunna use a cutout unstead of a full exhuast , this way i can still have the stock exhust. I have a 90k mile tranny to use along with a new stock clutch and some BG syncro. I know it wont last long but I wanted to use it until i had money for all the drivetrain parts i want. ie awd halfshaft/and axles, lsd and a act 2100, and a rebuilt tranny eventually. Im gunna buy 2 slimline fans eventually too, to keep it all cool.
