Ok. Just put on the s16g. Ported. Also put on the 190 pump. Its set at 14-15 psi and everything is fine.
My question is. What should i do next out of these options?
550's and SAFCII???
or
FMIC?
I'd like to run 18-20 but dont want to heat soak things.
I have the SAFC and 550's right now but need some dyno time and help in workin this damn tunerstein logger.
Also, have a 3 inch exhaust but stock down pipe and o2 housing.
Input always welcome and appreciated!
I searched but have found numerous things as usual. I like talking with live people.
thanks!

550's and safc.
I'm running an evo III on stock side mount and still running fine. You'll notice a huge difference from those injectors and a good tune.

i have the exact same mods and car as you... i'm going with the injectors and safc first and doing fmic later. My feeling is without the safc and injectors you cant turn the boost up without risking blowing the engine so there is no reason for heat soak. that's just how i am thinking...

550's and safc.Get your tuning right.it's amazing what a little tuning can do.besides, winter is right around the corner,so bye bye heatsoak, :)

^ I'm with stupid there. I'm about ready to purchase an evo3 big 16g myself, can't wait! I'll need to get some 550's and a 190 to keep my fuel running. An Safc might do good too :D

Goodluck

Get you 550s and safc first you need to start tuning once you are comfortable with that then look in to bigger power mods. Also you may want to look into a dsm link so that you can run logs and have a better understanding of the tuning process. Hope this helps and good luck. :thumb:

Im purchasing my evoIII big 16g also! Only Im getting FMIC along with it and i got 660cc and dsmlink...

Hehe, sorry. You got me excited.
