why is that I can't get the compressor wheel tight enough? I can tighen it down enough that turbine will spin the compressor, but you can still turn the compressor its self pretty easily. Anyone?

How much garbage is on the mating surface between the two?! The shaft on the turbine is about 1/2" ( wild guess) then it steps down to the 3/8" that the compressor ID is, so what are you torquing the nut to?
Careful to not bend the shaft!

Is is supposed to be somewhat tough to spin after a rebuild or should it spin just as well as a good fuctioning turbo.
