I was doing a boost leak test yesterday and got all but one leak buttoned up.

The last remaining leak is coming from the turbo (16g). There seems to be a threaded hole on the compressor side of the CHRA right near the compressor cover. I have nothing in this hole, and there is a pretty major boost leak there.

Does anyone know the size/pitch of the threads there??

I am looking to get it plugged up and do some spooling later today.

Unless someone drilled a hole in your 16g compressor cover and tapped it to screw in a nipple as a boost source then none of the bolt holes in the compressor housing will cause a boost leak. Take a picture of it so I can be certain but some of those holes are used to attach the OEM heatshields.
