16G came with no wastegate actuator!

Ok...bought this 16G and i guess its my fault for not really asking if it came with the wg actuator...
so my question is:
Will the WGA from my T25 work on the small 16G?
The guy also welded shut the wg hole. So I either fix all that and try and get a wga that works..OR?
I buy a new manifold and get an external? Been browsing around here about that but dont want one that has the WG on one exhaust runner...Been told thats no good. Trying to find one that has the flange at the collector. Any ideas? Prices? HELP!
And dont worry, I have all the supporting mods in a box just ready to be put on(logger, SAFC II, 550's, 190 pump)

No the T-25 actuator will not work on your 16g. Only a 14b or 16g wastegate actuator will work. I'd say it would be cheaper to find somebody to fix the flapper. I'm sure an exhaust shop could help you with that. Hope that helps

a T-25 actuator will not work. a 14b actuator will, but if you're flapper is welded shut it doesn't matter - you'll need an external. sounds like that's the setup the person who sold you the turbo had

You got a turbo that's been converted for use with an external wastegate. Buy another turbine housing (they're super easy to swap out) and another wastegate actuator. It'll be cheaper than putting an external wastegate onto your current setup. I had to do the same thing with my 18G. You can find both of these items on eBay occasionally.
