16G actuator/Wastegate on a 14B Help..

i have a 14B turbo on my 98 GSX

I know ive been posting alot, im just trying to get these problems dealt with because they are all connected and i dont know much about turbo cars.

Basically I/My mechanic cant get my boost to go down, therefore i cant put stock 450 injectors which in cause im running way to rich and dont want to have to Dyno.. Would the 16G wastegate and actuator cause me to not be able to lower boost? I dont know what else to do, any help is appreciated thanks

The 16G and 14B WGA are the same, unless you have an eBay 16G WGA which has an adjustable rod.

I believe the stock 14b/16g actuator has a ~11 psi spring.
