OK so I had a shop look at my turbo and they said it really wasnt going to be salvageable and would come out to be almost as much as a new 16g to rebuild. So I was looking into this 50 trim on extremepsi.com http://www.extremepsi.com/store/customer/product.php?productid=17341&cat=506&page=1

- I was wondering if I buy this can I run it on stock boost with a 190fp and 450's, until I get bigger injectors. I also have the stock sm, but am looking into a fmic very soon. WOuld this airflow at stock boost rate heatsoak the smic.
-thanks

I'm sure your car will be fine as long as you keep the boost as low as possible and get a new fmic soon.

You should be just fine installing that unit and then adjusting the boost controller to the lowest setting your wastegate will allow. If you do this you would be fine until you can upgrade the other components to your setup accordingly.
