bigger turbo for 2g??

hey folks

i was wondering i have a stock 2g eclipse right now soon to be upgraded with a 2.5" exhaust and a couple other things but that's not the question the question is would i be able to upgrade my turbo without having to upgrade anthing else like the injectors or anything like that my car is going into the shop soon and i was wondering if i could do something like that

You CAN upgrade turbos if you would like to. But you will NEED to run low boost in order to not have a couple pistions talk to your fender wells. ;)

If your going catback exhaust next thing you NEED to get rid of is your stock bov and upper intercooler pipe. You should consider getting a intake also. Possibly a boost gauge.

Don't just jump into a bigger turbo, your car will hate you for it.
 
You COULD upgrade the turbo, but without an upgraded fuel system you will not be able to support the new turbo and thus not be able to run it effeciently. I would advise you hold off on the turbo upgrade until you can do the fuel system with it.

my entire list of mods is a boost gauge an aftermarket cone air intake iridium plugs and 8.5mm wires i even have a kinda crappy manual boost controller i don't want to use it though cause i'm waiting on getting a new one soon as far as the exhaust goes it's gonna be a full exhaust system turbo back all 2.5"
