Bigger Turbo???

Would there be any difference if i bought a bigger turbo and kept the boost at the same PSI as i had the stock turbo (13 psi). Give me your opinion on whether i would be worth it to get a bigger turbo, And if so what i should do so it would be worth to get a bigger turbo.

yes there will be a difference. The bigger turbo will take longer to spool and also you will flow more air through it. So say a stock turbo spools around 2300rpm, if u get a 16g it will spool around 3400rpm. Not exact but somewhere around there. The stock turbo will flow like 350 cfm's where the 16g will flow 450? Those are just estimate numbers but it will be something like that.

he is correct on flow but when i went from my stock turbo to my big 16g i did not see to big of difference on my spool time it is probably with in about 300 r's of the stock turbo. but it may vary on different applications.
some bigger is always better but don't get crazy if you are keeping your boost numbers down

I didnt notice a big difference in the lag between the 14b and b16g at all. And if I remember correctly the b16g flows 55 cfm. As of right now I can hit 20psi on the b16g by 35-3800 rpm easily.

With your mods, no. A way to tune the Air and Fuel would be necessary. You would most likely get worse performance from a bigger turbo. Follow the mod path, you will see "big turbo" is a few steps ahead of you.
