2G 14B Turbo?

I'm looking to upgrade from my old T25 turbo to a 14B. I recently rebuilt my T25 but it wasn't torque'd properly and I'm afraid even after doing a retorque the rebuild won't hold up long, so now I'm looking into other options. Is there any reputable dealers that sell 14B's? I've been burned by a used turbo, so I'm looking to stray away from that. Haha
