14b Turbo Swap Parts Question

IM putting in a 14b in my 2g TSI

Anyhow, Im wondering what parts i should go to autozone and grab , I have the J-Pipe, I have the 1g Oil Feed/Return the Water Feed/Return, the 14b of course.

What else should i get? I heard an 02 Sensor.

What is the gasket called from the turbo to the manifold that i need?

Also anyone think of any other parts i should get?

Installing turbo tomorrow so any help asap would be great

hey i think your about set with the oil line and jpipe i dont think autozone will have that gasket u might have to go to a dealship have fun also let me know how u like it cause im gonnna do it along with my 6 bolt swap as soon as i get my rings and rods and clutch

im thinking about ordering a exhaust mani flange, and trying to build a exhaust manifold

Thanks alot for the info. Ill try to get pics on this swap as my mom recently bought a DigiCam. Ill let yall know if i run into any wierd shit.

I was reading over Cucumber's (Miss Ya Man ) walkthrough of his 14b Swap into a 2g, and he said he replaced one gasket, umm, the turbo to exhaust manifold gasket? ithink. And VFAQS.com also said that was the only gasket that was basically manditory.


So im wondering if i called autozone or a dealership , what would i call that gasket and would i order it for a 94 GSX or a 95 GSX?

Gaskets you want to get are these.
Call your DEALER and get the gaskets.


Turbo to manifold gasket for a 1995 eclipse/talon
Turbo to o2 housing gasket (metal but I replaced just to be safe)
Oil return line gaskets (theres going to be two)

Replace those if you have alot of milage on the car personally. Those are the ones I replaced when I did a t28 install and thats just normal replacement gaskets.

I think he's putting together the kit himself tho...
