One of the 10mm bolts on the bottom of the turbo for the oil return line snaped.
As I was taping it out the Taper broke off inside.

There is no way I'm drilling trough that.
So my question is, What can I rig up for a new oil return line that will work.

I've heard AN fittings will work, just screw it right into the oil return hole, but will it strip? How do I get it to thread?
Whats involved?

What are the exact fittings I will need? measurments?

Any other ideas?

Hmm. The the hole threaded? If not you could tap that hole and make some threads for a fitting. Lowes sells some brass fittings that can be used for oil lines. I say, take the turbo to lowes, find the fitting and the corresponding tap/drill bit. And go to town. Not sure if that helps but thats what I would do.

Carefull when your done threading the hole. Get all the little metal out of there. Thats a bad probem to have.....goodluck.

it shouldnt be very hard to tap it you can just use a regular tap and taping oil on it and i would do it so that your tapping the hole from under neat the turbo so that the metal shavings dont go into it otherwise you deff wont like those results goodluck

Get a decent punch and try giving the broken piece of the tap a few hard whacks sometimes you get lucky and the tap will break in a way that it can be coaxed back out of the hole. Not often......but worth a try.

When using a tap, you need to get a feel for when the chip that you are cutting begins to bind. At that point you reverse the tap and will feel/hear a tick as the chip breaks free, the go clockwise until it begins to bind and repeat.
