Does anyone know the bolt size I use to connect the jpipe to the 14b turbo? Any lock washers needed too?

Also, I'm using the 1g oil return line on the 2g pan. Will any modifiaction be needed and what bolts and washer do need for that?

Bolts- 10mm head. I opted for the stainless hex head screws.
Return line- No mod's needed. Just install a new gasket to the oil pan and bolt it on.

Thanks perley, got it bolted on now.

Isn't there a gasket for the jpipe to turbo? If so can I use the gasket maker material to improvise?

There is a gasket, but I've heard of people using silicone gasket maker and having no trouble with them. If you go with the gasket maker, make sure each area is grease free, or it will not seal. Use brake cleaner on both the compressor housing and J-Pipe to clean it and torque the bolts. Then in a few hours re-torque them as the silicone has cured.

If you want a gasket that will fit (if it is ported), you may use the greddy bov gasket (the one that is between the bov and the uicp) or if it is not ported, use the stock 1g gasket.

Ha, I'd have to see about that greddy bov gasket, because I'm getting 2 in the mail this week.

But I'm sure RTV would work just fine, thanks for those cleaning tips. I did port the compressor outlet a bit. I think that's the right term, but the part the j pipe connects to.

Oil return line and j pipe are now bolted up, but did I need some lock washers??

The greddy bov gasket was the only one that seemed to work. :D But, when I got my EvoIII from RRE a 4 years ago, they recommended just using rtv. I did get hex head bolts and lock washers with my kit.

I wasn't too confident with rtv at the time so, my friend and I found that the greddy gasket was a perfect fit. Also, my compressor housing outlet was ported.
