1400 idle

Normally my car idles at around 800-1000 and yesterday morning i noticed when i got to work that it was idling at about 1390-1400 i got home and disconnected the mas,tps, and the isc.. put blew um out and poped um back on everything was cool for the day and i noticed this morning it was idling again at about 1400 what could be the problem

Does it do this when its cold, warmed up, or all the time? Mine has high RPMs when its warming up, then goes back down to normal idle ones its fully warmed up. Did you try adjusting the BISS screw?
