Can anyone tell me what's the outside diameter of the compressor inlet for the 13g turbo?
I read on another thread that the compressor outlet for the 14b has an O.D. of 2 1/8" and the 16g is 2 1/4", but couldn't find any info on the 13g.

What internal diameter hose would I need for the 13g?
Thanks

If I can I had it written down somewhere but can't remember where I put it I'll tell you if I find it. I use to have a 13g on my automatic but I just put a 14b with a 16g hotside and it's worth it.

Thanks 2ndgentalon95. Let me know when you do.
Well for now, I have to work with the 13g.
Had to replace my engine a while ago as it got some head damage, and the only replacement engine I could get was an automatic one (which came with the 13g), so I had that installed, but kept my 5-speed transmission ;)
My old 14b also had a cracked turbine housing, so I can't use it now. :sosad:
I'm working towards a 16g replacement/upgrade, but in the interim, I'm trying to make the most of what I have, hence why I'm trying to do a boost leak test with my 13g.
Anyone else knows the outer diameter of the 13g's compressor inlet?

I have a 13g also and have ran into this problem before too.I don't know the diameter but I just happened to have a shopvace hose that was the same diameter and just put it on the turbo and duck taped the hell out of the end of the hose that held the compressor hose and it worked.....long story short,be creative and don't be ashamed to be ghetto! duck tape is a mans best friend
