13 sec 95 GS-T for under $1000 what do I need?

Aight time to get serious. Had my 95 GS-T for about 3 weeks now. I've basically taken care of all the maintence on it. Now I have about $1000 left and want this thing to be a mid to low 13 sec street car. It is STOCK. All i've done to it is put a K&N air filter in it, and changed the plugs and wires (plugs - NGK 6es wires - Accel 8mm). I need to know everything I need from gauges to turbos. The only reason i'm asking here instead of just following the tuning guide is because I don't know if the tuning guide will yeild me a mid 13 sec car. Any help is appreciated!!!
 
Man...maybe I don't realize how fast a 13 sec car is...I don't even want to race it as much as I want to be able to kill the Mustang cobra sittin at the light next to me. Like I said, thanks for alll the replies, but I think i'm going to take my time and do it right. I'll learn more that way anyway

Good...you will be much happier this way and your car will like you more too. I am happy that you decided to do it the right way because if you didn't you'd end up doing everything over again.

Also like I said the first time getting the UICP and BOV will be a HUGE difference. By doing that it changes the boost of your T25 from 12psi to 18psi. The 18 is just a spike and nothing to get worried about as the T25 will drop of to ten in high rpm anyway.

You will gain the most hp per dollar in early mods with that. Then Exhaust would probably be next
