I want to slowly get my parts ready for a hx35, and wanted to do a -12an return line. I want to get a fitting and have it welded onto my oil pan. I cant seem to find -12an sizes? and the fitting from the turbo? Any help would be great.

You can get two -12an weld fittings from JEGS High Performance.

You weld one to the oil pan. The other one you use to make a fitting to your turbo. I had a friend weld one up in his shop. He used 1/2 steel, cut a rectangle, drilled 3 holes and welded the fitting to it.

Here's the result. -12an drain.
